The morning adhkar consist of many duas and forms of dhikr:
أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلّٰهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ
اَللّٰهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا وَبِكَ نَحْيَا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ
Aṣbaḥnā wa-aṣbaḥa l-mulku li-llāh, wa-l-ḥamdu li-llāh. Lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdahū lā sharīka lah.
Allāhumma bika aṣbaḥnā wa-bika amsaynā wa-bika naḥyā wa-bika namūtu wa-ilayka n-nushūr.
We have reached the morning, and with us the whole dominion has reached the morning belonging to Allah. All praise belongs to Allah. There is no deity but Allah alone; He has no partner.
O Allah, by You we have reached the morning and by You we have reached the evening; by You we live and by You we die, and to You is the resurrection.

The morning adhkar are a collection compiled from sahih (authentic) hadiths. (Sunan Abi Dawud, Adab 110/5068; Jami' at-Tirmidhi, Da'awat 12/3391)
The morning adhkar are the duas and forms of dhikr recited from dawn until sunrise. It is most meritorious to recite them after the Fajr salah (prayer). After performing the Fajr salah, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would remain in the mosque until the sun rose, engaged in dhikr and dua (Sahih Muslim, Masajid 286).
What to recite in the morning adhkar: Ayat al-Kursi (once), al-Ikhlas, al-Falaq and an-Nas (three times each), "Aṣbaḥnā wa-aṣbaḥa l-mulku li-llāh" (once), "Allāhumma bika aṣbaḥnā" (once), Sayyid al-Istighfar (once), "Bismillāhi lladhī lā yaḍurru" (three times), "Subḥāna llāhi wa-bi-ḥamdih" (100 times), "Lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdah" (100 times).
Whoever recites these adhkar is protected from morning until evening from every kind of affliction, from illness, from the evil eye and from Satan.
O Allah, by Your name we have reached the morning, and by You the dominion has reached the morning. All praise be to You for bringing us into this day. Make easy for us the good we may earn today, and protect us from the sins we may fall into. Grant us our provision from what is lawful. Grant that we reach the evening upon faith and in well-being, O Lord. Amin.
