سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ
Subḥāna Llāhi wa bi-ḥamdih.
I declare Allah free of all deficiencies while praising Him.

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him). (Sahih al-Bukhari, Da'awat 65/6405; Sahih Muslim, Dhikr 28/2691)
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever says 'Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi' a hundred times a day, his sins fall away — even if they were as many as the foam of the sea" (Sahih al-Bukhari, Da'awat 65/6405; Sahih Muslim, Dhikr 28/2691).
The meaning of the dhikr "Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi Subhanallahi'l-Azim" is "I declare Allah free of all deficiencies while praising Him; I declare Allah the Most Great free of all deficiencies".
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are two words that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scale, and greatly beloved to the Most Merciful: Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, Subhanallahi'l-Azim" (Sahih al-Bukhari, Da'awat 65/6406; Sahih Muslim, Dhikr 31/2694).
This dhikr is a tasbih that is easy to say yet very great in reward. Reciting it 100 times a day is a means for sins to be forgiven.
I glorify Allah with praise. I declare Him free of all deficiencies. O Allah! Grant me to complete this dhikr a hundred times each morning and evening. Erase my sins with this dhikr, and encompass me with Your mercy. Keep my tongue alive with this tasbih at every moment, O my Lord. Amin.
