اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ اَللّٰهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā āli Muḥammad. Kamā ṣallayta ʿalā Ibrāhīma wa ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm. Innaka ḥamīdun majīd. Allāhumma bārik ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā āli Muḥammad. Kamā bārakta ʿalā Ibrāhīma wa ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm. Innaka ḥamīdun majīd.
O Allah! Send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Truly You are Hamid (most worthy of praise) and Majid (possessor of glory and honour). O Allah! Bestow barakah upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You bestowed barakah upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Truly You are Hamid and Majid.

Narrated by Ka'b ibn Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him). (Sahih al-Bukhari, Anbiya 10/3370; Sahih Muslim, Salat 65/406)
Allah Almighty said the following in the Noble Qur'an: "Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O believers! Send blessings upon him abundantly, and greet him with complete submission" (al-Ahzab 56).
Ubayy ibn Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) relates: "I said to the Messenger of Allah, 'O Messenger of Allah! I send many blessings upon you. What if I devoted all of my dua to sending blessings upon you?' The Messenger of Allah replied: 'Then your troubles will be removed and your sins will be forgiven'" (Jami' at-Tirmidhi, Qiyamah 23).
Salawat al-Ibrahimiyya is the salat that is recited in the final sitting of the salah (prayer). This salawat is the most well-known salawat formula, the one the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) taught when the Companions asked how blessings should be sent upon him.
O Allah! Send blessings upon our master Muhammad and upon his family, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon his family. Bestow barakah upon him, as You bestowed barakah upon Ibrahim. You are Hamid and Majid. O Allah! Grant me to recite this Salawat al-Ibrahimiyya every day, and to increase my love for our master. Remove my hardships and forgive my sins, O my Lord. Amin.
