خَيْرٌ خَيْرٌ خَيْرٌ مِنَ اللّٰهِ الشَّافِي
Khayrun, khayrun, khayrun, mina Llāhi ash-Shāfī.
Good, good, good. It is from Allah, ash-Shāfī (the One who grants healing).
The dua of seeking refuge that is recommended for recitation in the month of Safar:
"O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evil of the month of Safar, from its afflictions and from its calamities."

Safar is the second month of the Hijri calendar. Among the people there is a belief that this month is inauspicious; however, this belief is a superstition that has no place in Islam. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Every month is Allah's month" (Sunan Abi Dawud, Tibb 23).
In the dua recommended for recitation in the month of Safar, the belief that this month brings ill fortune is rejected, and it is emphasized that every good comes from Allah and that one must take refuge in His name ash-Shāfī (the One who grants healing).
In the month of Safar it is recommended to make abundant istighfar (seeking forgiveness), to give charity, and to make dhikr, for blessing and for protection. Reciting the dhikr "Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh" frequently gives protection from every kind of affliction.
O Allah! Grant us the good of the month of Safar and protect us from its evil. Every month is Your month, and every good is with You. Grant healing by Your name ash-Shāfī, and protect us by Your name al-Ḥāfiẓ. Preserve us from every affliction, every misfortune, and every calamity, O Lord. Amin.
