لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
The salawat recommended to be recited often on Friday:
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
Lā ilāha illā llāhu waḥdahū lā sharīka lah. Lahu l-mulku wa lahu l-ḥamdu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr.
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā āli Muḥammadin kamā ṣallayta ʿalā Ibrāhīma wa ʿalā āli Ibrāhīma innaka Ḥamīdun Majīd.
There is no god but Allah. He is One, He has no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise. He has power over all things.
O Allah! Send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Truly You are Hamid, Majid.

Our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) made known the merit of Friday. (Sahih al-Bukhari, Jumu'ah 11/935; Sahih Muslim, Jumu'ah 18/1979; Sunan Abi Dawud, Witr 26/1532)
Our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On Friday there is an hour such that if a Muslim servant happens upon it while praying and asks Allah for something, Allah will certainly give it to him" (Sahih al-Bukhari, Jumu'ah 11/935; Sahih Muslim, Jumu'ah 18).
Friday is the weekly festival of Muslims. The deeds recommended on this day are: performing the ghusl, applying a pleasant fragrance, wearing clean clothes, going early to the mosque, reciting Surah al-Fatihah and Surah al-Ikhlas abundantly, sending plentiful salawat, and making dua.
It is narrated that whoever sends 80 salawat on Friday will have the sins of 80 years forgiven. Reciting salawat from the eve of Friday (Thursday evening) onwards is also highly meritorious.
In the surah named "al-Jumu'ah" it is stated as follows: "O you who believe! When the call to prayer is made on Friday, hasten to the remembrance of Allah and leave off trade. If you only knew, that is better for you" (al-Jumu'ah 9).
O Allah! By the blessing of Friday, forgive me. May blessings and peace be upon our Prophet through the noble salawat. At the hour of acceptance on this blessed day, accept my duas. Grant me a good life, sound health, lawful provision, and that my soul be taken while I am upon faith, O Lord. Amin.
