رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنْ لَدُنْكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ
Rabbi lā tadharnī fardan wa anta khayru'l-wārithīn.
Rabbi hab lī min ladunka dhurriyyatan ṭayyibatan innaka samīʿu'd-duʿāʾ.
My Lord! Do not leave me alone. You are the best of inheritors. (al-Anbiya 89)
My Lord! Grant me from Yourself a goodly offspring. Truly You are the Hearer of dua. (Al Imran 38)

This is the dua of Zakariyya (peace be upon him). (al-Anbiya 89; Al Imran 38; Maryam 4-6)
Zakariyya (peace be upon him) had grown old and his hair had turned white. His wife was barren. Yet he knew that Allah has power over all things. When he saw the gifts that Allah Most High bestowed upon Maryam, he considered that Allah could give a child to his barren and elderly wife as well.
He implored: "My Lord! My bones have grown weak and my hair has turned white. Never have I been unblessed in my prayer to You. Grant me from Yourself an heir (a son)" (Maryam 4-5). Allah accepted his dua and gave him the glad tidings of Yahya (peace be upon him): "O Zakariyya! We give you the glad tidings of a son whose name is Yahya" (Maryam 7).
This is the dua of Muslims who wish to have a child and who suffer from infertility. It should be recited with faith that Allah has power over all things.
My Lord! Do not leave me alone; grant me from Yourself a goodly offspring. You are the Hearer of dua, and You have power over all things. Grant us too a good and blessed child, O Lord. Amin.
