قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ إِلٰهِ النَّاسِ مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ
Protection with the Muʿawwidhatayn (Surahs al-Falaq and an-Nas):
Qul aʿūdhu bi-Rabbi'n-nāsi Maliki'n-nāsi Ilāhi'n-nāsi min sharri'l-waswāsi'l-khannās.
Say: I seek refuge in Allah, the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the stealthy whisperer who casts whispers.

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite Surahs al-Falaq and an-Nas for protection from magic and jinn. (Sahih Muslim, Salam 15/2202; Jami' at-Tirmidhi, Tibb 16)
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite the Muʿawwidhatayn (Surahs al-Falaq and an-Nas) for protection from magic, from jinn and from the evil eye. Reciting the two surahs "three times together with Surah al-Ikhlas" gives sufficient protection from everything (Sunan Abi Dawud, Tibb 19).
"Bunyani had a servant from among the Jews. The servant worked magic on the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). For a long time he did not feel it. Then Jibril (peace be upon him) came and brought down the Muʿawwidhatayn. Through these surahs the Prophet recovered" (Sahih al-Bukhari, Tibb 48; Sahih Muslim, Salam 15).
For protection from magic and jinn: it is recommended to recite Surahs al-Falaq, an-Nas and al-Ikhlas three times each, morning and evening, to recite Ayat al-Kursi, and to recite the dua "Bismi'llāhi'lladhī lā yaḍurru maʿa'smihi shayʾun fi'l-arḍi wa lā fi's-samāʾi wa huwa's-samīʿu'l-ʿalīm" three times morning and evening.
I seek refuge in Allah, the Lord, the King and the God of mankind. Protect us from magic, from sorcery, and from the evil of all jinn and devils. Cleanse our hearts of doubt, of fear and of whispering. Make Surahs al-Falaq and an-Nas a protecting shield for us. Strengthen our faith, and guard our home and our family from every kind of evil, O Lord. Amin.
