لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ الْعَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَرَبُّ الْأَرْضِ وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ
Lā ilāha illā Allāhu'l-ʿAẓīmu'l-Ḥalīm. Lā ilāha illā Allāhu Rabbu'l-ʿarshi'l-ʿaẓīm. Lā ilāha illā Allāhu Rabbu's-samāwāti wa Rabbu'l-arḍi wa Rabbu'l-ʿarshi'l-karīm.
There is no god but Allah, the Most Great, the Most Forbearing. There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the Mighty Throne. There is no god but Allah, the Lord of the heavens, the Lord of the earth and the Lord of the Noble Throne.

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite this dua for protection from the fear of enemies. (Sahih al-Bukhari, Daawat 38; Sunan Abi Dawud, Adab 100)
Whoever wishes to be delivered from fear of an enemy, from the evil of devils or from evil eyes should recite this dua. The phrase "Lā ilāha illā Allāh" is repeated three times in this dua; each time His greatness is emphasised through a different attribute of Allah.
This dua calls to mind Allah's magnificence, His forbearance (hilm), and His being the Lord of the heavens and the earth and of the Throne; it declares that no created power can stand before Him.
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would also make this dua in a moment of fear: "Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bi-riḍāka min sakhaṭika wa bi-muʿāfātika min ʿuqūbatika wa aʿūdhu bika minka lā uḥṣī thanāʾan ʿalayka anta kamā athnayta ʿalā nafsik." Its meaning: "O Allah! I take refuge in Your good pleasure from Your anger, and in Your pardon from Your punishment. I take refuge in You from You. I cannot count the praise that is due to You. You are as exalted as You have praised Yourself" (Sahih Muslim, Salat 12).
I put my trust in Allah, the Most Great, the Most Forbearing. O Lord of the heavens, of the earth and of the Throne! Protect us from the evil of enemies, from the oppression of tyrants and from the traps of the unjust. Grant that we live with our rights preserved. Repel from us the injustices that leave us wronged. Guard us both from wronging anyone and from being wronged, O Lord. Amin.
