بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الْعَظِيمِ أَعُوذُ بِاللّٰهِ الْعَظِيمِ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ عِرْقٍ نَقَّارٍ وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَرِّ النَّارِ
Also:
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ اِشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Bismi'llāhi'l-ʿaẓīmi aʿūdhu bi'llāhi'l-ʿaẓīmi min sharri kulli ʿirqin naqqārin wa min sharri ḥarri'n-nār.
Allāhumma Rabba'n-nāsi adhhibi'l-baʾsa ishfi anta'sh-shāfī lā shifāʾa illā shifāʾuka shifāʾan lā yughādiru saqamā.
In the name of Allah, the Great. I take refuge in Allah, the Exalted, from the evil of every throbbing vein and from the evil of the heat of the Fire.
O Allah! O Lord of mankind! Remove this illness and grant healing. You are the One who heals. There is no healing but Your healing. Grant such a healing that no trace of the illness remains.

Narrated by Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him). (Sahih Muslim, Salam 13/2202; Sahih al-Bukhari, Tibb 38)
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would place his right hand on the aching spot and recite this dua. Pain and ache come by the decree of Allah, and by His leave they likewise depart.
The first dua is recited especially for tingling, aching veins and for burning fever. The second is a general dua for healing. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite it when visiting the sick.
Uthman ibn Abi'l-As (may Allah be pleased with him) relates: "I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with a pain and an ache in my body. He said: 'Rub your hands on the earth, then place them on the place that hurts and recite by the greatness of Bismillah.' I did so and Allah granted me healing" (Sahih Muslim, Salam 14).
In the name of Allah, the Great, I take refuge in You from every pain and ache. O Lord of mankind, remove this pain and grant healing. You are the One who heals; grant a healing that leaves no illness behind, O Lord. Amin.
