قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ إِلٰهِ النَّاسِ مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ
Qul aʿūdhu bi-Rabbi'n-nās. Maliki'n-nās. Ilāhi'n-nās. Min sharri'l-waswāsi'l-khannās. Alladhī yuwaswisu fī ṣudūri'n-nās. Mina'l-jinnati wa'n-nās.
Say: I seek refuge in Allah, the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the whisperer who whispers stealthily and withdraws, who whispers into the breasts of mankind, from among the jinn and mankind. (an-Nas 1-6)

Surah an-Nas is one of the Muʿawwidhatayn. (an-Nas 1-6; al-Falaq 1-5)
Surah an-Nas is the Qur'an's most effective protection against whisperings. "Waswasah" means the doubts, evil thoughts and delusions that come into a person's heart. Their source may be jinn or human beings. "Khannas" means the whisperer who approaches stealthily and finds his opportunity when a person is heedless.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite Surah al-Falaq and Surah an-Nas (the Muʿawwidhatayn) for protection from everything. Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: "Every night when he went to bed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite Surah al-Falaq and Surah an-Nas over his hands and blow into them, then wipe them over every part of his body that he could reach" (Sahih al-Bukhari, Tibb 39; Sahih Muslim, Salam 51).
Ways to be protected from whisperings: to recite Surah an-Nas often, to persist in the dhikr "Lā ilāha illa'llāh," to seek knowledge, and to take refuge in Allah from the tricks of Satan.
I seek refuge in Allah, the Lord, the King and the God of mankind. Protect me from the whisperings of the Satan who whispers stealthily. Keep away from me the doubts that come to my heart, the evil thoughts, and the delusions that arise against Islam and worship. Give my mind a pure and clean light. Do not part the remembrance of You from my tongue, nor faith from my heart. I seek refuge in You from the evil of the stealthy whisperer, O Lord. Amin.
