اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مُوجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِكَ وَعَزَائِمَ مَغْفِرَتِكَ وَالْغِنْمَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ بِرٍّ وَالسَّلَامَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ إِثْمٍ وَلَا تَدَعْ لِي ذَنْبًا إِلَّا غَفَرْتَهُ وَلَا هَمًّا إِلَّا فَرَّجْتَهُ وَلَا حَاجَةً هِيَ لَكَ رِضًا إِلَّا قَضَيْتَهَا يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Allāhumma innī asʾaluka mūjibāti raḥmatika wa ʿazāʾima maghfiratika wa'l-ghinmata min kulli birrin wa's-salāmata min kulli ithm. Wa lā tadaʿ lī dhanban illā ghafartahu wa lā hamman illā farrajtahu wa lā ḥājatan hiya laka riḍan illā qaḍaytahā yā arḥama'r-rāḥimīn.
O Allah! I ask You for the things that bring about Your mercy, for the sure causes of Your forgiveness, for a share of every good and for safety from every sin. Leave no sin of mine without forgiving it. Leave no worry without relieving it. Leave no need of mine with which You are pleased unfulfilled. O Most Merciful of the merciful!

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recommended reading this dua. (al-Mustadrak (al-Hakim) I/526; Musnad Ahmad III/147; al-Tabarani, al-Mu'jam al-Awsat)
This comprehensive dua contains three requests and three appeals:
Mujibati rahmatika (The things that bring about Your mercy): These are the deeds that draw down mercy; salah (prayer), fasting, dhikr, tasbih, seeking forgiveness, charity, maintaining ties of kinship and helping people are foremost among them.
Aza'ima maghfiratika (The sure causes of Your forgiveness): These are the things that are certain means of being forgiven; sincere repentance, settling the rights owed to others, abundant seeking of forgiveness and worship at night are among them.
Ghinmata min kulli birrin (A share of every good): This is to ask for a portion of every kind of goodness, to have a part in every good deed, small or great.
Salamah min kulli ithm (Safety from every sin): This is to be protected from every kind of sin; the request not to fall into sin, and to be delivered from it if we have fallen.
Then come three particular appeals: leave no sin unforgiven, no worry unrelieved, and no need (with which You are pleased) unfulfilled. This is the most comprehensive and most sincere request of the believer.
O Allah! Grant me the deeds that bring about Your mercy. Make me one of those who surely attain Your forgiveness. Give me a share of every good and protect me from every sin. Leave none of my sins unforgiven. Leave none of my hardships unrelieved. Fulfil the needs of mine with which You are pleased. O Most Merciful of the merciful, O my Lord. Amin.
