اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا وَاسِعًا وَشِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ وَسَقَمٍ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Allāhumma innī asʾaluka ʿilman nāfiʿan wa-rizqan wāsiʿan wa-shifāʾan min kulli dāʾin wa-saqamin bi-raḥmatika yā arḥama r-rāḥimīn.
O Allah, Most Merciful of the merciful! I beseech You for beneficial knowledge, ample provision, and healing from every ailment and illness.

Narrated by Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Zamzam provides the benefit for which it is drunk." (Sunan Ibn Majah, Manasik 78/3062)
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) relates: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Zamzam provides the benefit for which it is drunk'" (Sunan Ibn Majah, Manasik 78). This hadith shows that Zamzam water is blessed and that it is important to drink it with an intention. Zamzam gushed forth as a miracle of Allah at the time when Isma'il (peace be upon him) and his mother Hajar (may Allah be pleased with her) were being tested with thirst in Mecca.
After the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) migrated to Medina, he would have Zamzam water brought from Mecca. When drinking Zamzam one turns towards the qiblah, says the Basmalah, and drinks with the right hand in three breaths. Then one gives thanks to Allah Most High by saying "Alhamdulillah." Zamzam should be drunk plentifully but without waste.
Our mother Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) would take Zamzam to Medina and give it to the sick to drink. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Zamzam is a healing for whatever it is drunk for" (Musnad Ahmad III, 357). While drinking it, one makes the intention for knowledge, provision and healing. Drinking Zamzam is among the recommended (mustahab) acts of umrah and hajj.
O Allah, I praise You for granting me this blessed Zamzam water. I ask You for beneficial knowledge, abundant provision, and healing from every ailment and illness. I drink Zamzam with the intention of healing. Be the cure for my troubles, both material and spiritual. Deepen me in knowledge, grant blessing in my provision, and preserve my health, O Lord. Amin.
